- LBC Rush is express delivery for domestic Documents and Cargo shipments from NCR to Visayas and Mindanao within 1 to 2 days.
- Customer can select LBC Rush in all LBC branches. Customer can avail of free rider pick when booking LBC Rush online (coming soon) or through the LBC App (coming soon.)
- Delivery days do not include Sundays and holidays.
- If a customer selected LBC RUSH, Rush rates will be applied for Regular Delivery, Regular pick-up, and Cash-On-Pick Up and Cash-On-Delivery.
- Applicable Box Fee will be charged to LBC RUSH transactions (KB Mini, KB Small, KB Slim, KB Medium, KB Large and KB XL)

We understand that you sometimes need to send parcels to your loved ones across the country as quickly as possible, which is why we created this service
LBC is committed to offering the best shipping rates. However, as a premium delivery service offering shorter lead times, shipping rates for LBC Rush are slightly higher than traditional fees. Actual shipping fees vary depending on destination and package weight.

LBC delivers rush from NCR to select Visayas and Mindanao destination.
Yes, you can ship gadgets, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops through LBC RUSH. The usual items can be shipped using this service, and that includes documents like passports, birth certificates, and marriage certificates.
You can rest assured that LBC exercises all the necessary steps to keep your packages safe and secure.

LBC knows how important it is for you to get your packages delivered to Visayas or Mindanao as quickly as possible. However, LBC RUSH is only available from Monday to Saturday. The rush delivery service is also not available during the holidays.
Once we receive your package, it will be assigned a 12-digit tracking number which you can use to track your package on the LBC App or on our tracking page. Simply enter the tracking number and the system will show you the real-time progress of your package.
LBC RUSH will deliver your package within 1 to 2 days from acceptance date. This lead time is applicable to shipments originating from NCR going to Visayas or Mindanao.
You can choose LBC RUSH for Regular Delivery, Regular Pick-Up, Cash on Pick-Up, and Cash on Delivery services. Rush rates will be automatically applied if you choose LBC RUSH.
All LBC clients can book rush deliveries. The same Rush rates will be applied to SoShop members and non-members, across all tiers.
To ensure everyone and your packages’ safety, we prohibit certain items from being shipped through LBC Express’ services.

It’s super easy to book rush deliveries. You can visit the nearest LBC branch or book online through our website, app, and social media (coming soon). You simply need to provide details about you (the sender) and your recipient.
If you book LBC Rush online or through the LBC App, you can avail of the free rider pick-up (coming soon).
