LBC Express Inc. received the IMCEA Silver Trophy for Best Budget Service Campaign in the recent 2nd Integrated Marketing Communications Effectiveness Awards (IMCEA) Night.
The award recognized LBC Instant Peso Padala’s (IPP) launch in the market, in response to the growing need of our migrant workers for an affordable and fast money remittance service. The campaign introduced IPP, offering the lowest remittance amount for every Php500 sent while showing remitters’ commitment in regularly helping family or relatives in the provinces.
The product’s launch gained positive reception as indicated by its high patronage in LBC branches nationwide. Today, LBC has continuously helped more and more Filipino workers, by providing an affordable alternative of sending money to their loved ones.
The IMCEA is given every two years and recognizes communication campaigns that have achieved business objectives while promoting societal values. It is organized by the University and Asia and the Pacific; produced by Business World and Marketing and Opinion Research Society of the Philippines; and judged by leading industry professionals in the marketing and advertising fields.
