Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. The types of personal information we collect, and share depend on the product or service you use with us. Definitions
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Non-Affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include providers of goods and services; government agencies; and others as permitted or required by law.
We may also disclose information to companies that perform marketing services for us.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated companies that together market products or services to you.
Other Important Information
This Privacy Notice constitutes LBC’s Do Not call Policy under the telephone Consumer Protection Act for all consumers. LBC maintains an internal Do Not Call Preference List. Do Not Call Requests will be honored within 30 days and will be effective for at least 5 years from the date of the request. No telemarketing calls will be made to residential or cellular phone numbers that appear on LBC’s Do Not Call List.
