Step 1: Mag-Place Ng Order

Kailangan ay pareho kayong agree ng seller sa COP payment option. Kung sino ang sender, dapat ay pumunta muna siya sa https://lbconline.lbcexpress.com/ para i-fill out ang sender at receiver information, kung saang branch ipi-pick up ang item at piliin ang COP service.

Step 2: Pumunta sa Branch Para Mag-Pickup at Magbayad

Pag nakatanggap na ng SMS notification, puwede nang pumunta ang receiver sa piniling branch. Dito ipi-pickup at babayaran ang item. Ipakita lang ang tracking number sa agent sa branch.

Step 3: Remittance Para sa Merchant

Kapag nakuha na ng LBC ang bayad from the receiver, ipa-process agad ng LBC ang remittance sa merchant. Hintayin lang ang SMS notification na na-remit na sa bank account or kung puwede nang kunin sa branch ang earnings.

Do I have to register to avail of LBC Express' Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash on Pick-Up (COP) service?

No registration is required to avail of LBC Express’ Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash on Pick-Up (COP) service. Simply visit any LBC Express branch and accomplish the required transaction form.

Please note that the shipping fee must be paid at the branch upon transaction. You may also avail of LBC’s same-branch Cash on Pick-Up service for the applicable service fee

For Branch Collect transactions, payments of up to ₱10,000 may be claimed at any LBC Express branch.

For payments of ₱10,001 and above, the amount may be claimed only at your nominated branch.

Your Branch Collect reference number will be sent via SMS. Please ensure that you provide your correct mobile number during the transaction

Follow these steps to send a package through LBC Cash on Delivery (COD):

Step 1. Visit an LBC Express branch.
Bring your package to any LBC Express branch and complete the transaction form. You will be asked to provide the sender’s and recipient’s complete names, the recipient’s address, and contact details.

If you choose the Bank Deposit payment option, you will also need to provide your bank name, account name, and account number where the payment will be credited.

If you do not have a bank account, you may choose the Branch Collect payment option instead.

Please note that shipping fees must be paid upon transaction. Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, destination, and selected service.

You may also schedule a pick-up through LBC if the service is available in your area.

Step 2. Wait for your shipment to be delivered.
Once your shipment has been delivered and the payment has been collected, an SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 3. Claim your payment.
Payments are typically processed within 2 to 3 working days, depending on the selected payment option.

If you selected Branch Collect, you will receive an SMS containing your remittance reference number and the amount collected. Present the reference number together with one (1) valid government-issued ID at your nominated LBC Express branch to claim your payment.

You may also choose LBC Instant Peso Padala as your preferred remittance option, where available.

Follow these steps to send a package through LBC Cash on Pick-Up (COP):

Step 1. Visit an LBC Express branch.
Bring your item to any LBC Express branch, complete the transaction form, and pay the applicable shipping fee.

Provide the amount to be collected, your customer’s details, the selected LBC branch where the item will be claimed, and your preferred payment details. If you choose the same-branch Cash on Pick-Up option, the applicable service fee is ₱70.00.

Step 2. Wait for the SMS notifications.
Once the parcel is ready for pick-up, your customer will receive an SMS notification. You will also receive an SMS once the payment has been collected.

Step 3. Receive your payment.
You may claim your payment through Branch Collect at your nominated LBC Express branch or have it credited to your nominated bank account, depending on your selected payment option.

There is no minimum collection amount required to use the Cash on Delivery (COD) service. During the transaction, simply indicate the amount to be collected from your buyer.
