Philippine Passport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) / Philippine Identification Card (PhilID) / Philippine National ID / ePhilID – issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
Philippine Driver’s License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) – PVC Card only – LBC does not accept Driver’s Licenses issued in other countries
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)Â Clearance
Postal ID (PVC Card) – issued by the Philippine Postal Corporation (PhilPost) – LBC will no longer accept paper-based postal card
Senior Citizen ID Card – issued by the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) and/or Local Government Units (LGUs)
IDs issued by the National Government and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) that LBC accepts:
 Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ID and AFP Dependent ID
Home Development Mutual Fund or PAG-IBIG ID
PAG-IBIG CARD – Paper-based with picture and signature
PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus – PVC with picture and signature
Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or PhilHealth ID – PVC-based ID only
Government Service Insurance System – GSIS e-Card
Social Security System – SSS Card
Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID) – ID card of SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG members
Overseas Filipino Workers ID (OFW ID) – issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID (OWWA ID)
Seaman’s/Seawoman’s Book and Seafarer’s Registration Certificate issued by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA)
Philippine National Police ID (PNP ID)
Firearm License
Police Clearance (PVC ID)
Diplomat/Consular ID issued by the Philippine Embassy
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
4Ps or Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program ID
Solo Parent ID
Persons with Disability (PWD) ID issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NDCA) or its regional counterpart, Office of the Mayor, Office of the Barangay Captain, DSWD Office
IDs issued by the Offices of the Local Chief Executives (Governor, Vice Governor, Mayor and Vice Mayor) e.g. QC Citizen ID
Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID (IBP ID) for lawyers
Voter’s ID (PVC or paper-based card) issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
Tax Identification Card (TIN ID) with a picture and signature issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Only the latest TIN ID Plastic Card is acceptable
School/Student ID for currently enrolled students, 18 years old and above, issued by reputable schools/colleges/universities recognized by the Department of Education (DepED) or Commission on Higher Education (CHED) signed by the principal or head of the academic institution
LBC considers a school ID to be valid within (6) months after the school term ends or six (6) months after the expiry date of the ID
Foreign Student, need to show their Passport
Employment ID / Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with, supervised, or regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or Insurance Commission (IC)
Barangay Certification or Barangay ID (within same locality as Customer’s address)
For Foreign Customers:
Foreign Passport
Alien Certification Card (ACR) or Immigration Card
