Submit the Remittance Form, the cash padala, and the fee to the Customer Associate. The Customer Associate will compute the Expected Payout Amount based on the current exchange rates.
Once done, you will get a receipt. Make sure that all the details are correct. Then, send the reference number to the recipient.
The recipient will receive a notification 24 hours after the transaction. When you receive the notification, proceed to the nearest LBC Express branch or remittance partner branch.
Fill out and submit the Encashment Form along with a valid ID to the LBC customer associate. They will verify your transaction.
Once verified, the Customer Associate will give you the Expected Payout Amount in your country’s currency. Don’t forget to count the cash!
