How many days is LBC’s COP?

Depending on how soon the seller drops off the item at an LBC Express branch, it won t take more than a day or two before it is shipped off to the buyers preferred pick up point.

Once shipped and made available for pick up at the buyers branch destination, LBC COP transactions will only allow five days for the buyer to claim the package.

However, it is also worth noting that inclement weather can slow down shipping, and unfortunately, cause delays in the turnaround time.

What’s the difference between COD and COP?

It is easy to confuse COD with COP, but by definition, Cash On Delivery or COD refers to the buyer paying for a package upon receipt. The main advantage of COD is it allows buyers to avoid fraudulent sellers who take their money and disappear. Sellers can choose to visit any LBC Express branch and receive their payment, or have LBC remit the payment to their bank account.

Cash On Pickup or COP, meanwhile, works similarly to COD, but instead of delivering the package straight to the buyers address, it is shipped to the buyers preferred LBC Express branch, where they can claim and pay for the package.

Apart from the destination, LBC Express COD and COP services offer the same accessibility, convenience, and reliability. Sellers don t have to register their business to enjoy the benefits of working with a safe and secure courier. Simply visit your nearby LBC Express branch and fill out a form to start using our COD and COP services.
