For sellers
Step 1. Bring sold items at an LBC branch for shipping.
Step 2. Fill up a receptable form indicating where the items will be sent. Similarly, a remittance form also needs to be filled up containing information and bank details.
Step 3. Pay the corresponding shipping fee
Step 4. The seller will receive an SMS from LBC once the buyer has received the item. The seller will receive another SMS once LBC has deposited the buyer’s payment to the seller’s account.
For buyers
Cash on Pick Up: The buyer will receive an SMS advising that the ordered item can be picked up at the selected LBC branch. To claim said item, just present a valid ID and the tracking number then provide payment.
Cash on Delivery: The buyer will receive an SMS when the order is on its way so payment can be prepared.
