LBC emerged victorious for the 3rd time in a row as the Preferred Freight Forwarding Company at The Filipino Times (TFT) Awards 2017 held recently at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel.
The award bestowed upon LBC, was in recognition of the above-par service and happiness they consistently bring to Overseas Filipinos and the customers they hold closest to their hearts.
Aside from this, LBC was also nominated for the Preferred Remittance Payout category.
Mark Agalo-os, Vice-President for LBC Middle East, was named as the Top Executive of the Year. He was also selected as one of the finalists for the highest award: the TFT Rizal Award.
Agalo-os expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the honors he and LBC received.

The awarding ceremony was attended by key members of Philippine Diplomatic Corps led by His Excellency Ambassador Constancio Vingno Jr., representatives from the UAE Government, Filipino community leaders, key decision-makers of UAE-based companies, loyal TFT advertisers & partners, and, representatives and nominees from 165 brands and 19 individual category nominees.

Individual Winners were chosen by a distinguished panel of judges, namely: His Excellency Ambassador Constancio Vingno Jr., Karen Remo, Managing Director of New Perspective Media; Lou-Olvido Parroco, Human Resources Director at CEEM and professional life coach; Mary Jane Alvero, and CEO of Prime Group who was also recently chosen as Top 100 CEO Awardee in the UAE; Roxane Magbanua, a multi-award winning media practitioner and senior planning director for the media agency PhD.
The TFT Awards was launched in 2015 and gathers the “who’s who” in the UAE community. It is the first award-giving body for overseas Filipinos that allows every voice to be heard, with nominations for both individuals and brand categories, opened to the public.
