JOB SUMMARY Supervises the operation of his/her team/s. Involves in planning, decision making, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and controlling. Ensures Team's and Member's compliance to company policies and that erring associates are disciplined. Manages all records and database for reference, research, and reporting purposes Provides reports and other requirements as required by the Delivery Manager and Executives. Maintenance and Inventory of Handhelds, Vehicles, Keys, and other resources Provides first line of intervention direction on operational and administrative concerns to the team JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. At least 2 year(s) of supervisory working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work anywhere in Guiguinto/Balagtas, Bulacan.
