1)
Prepare your cash padala and visit any of our LBC Express branches.
2)
Fill out our Remittance Form and provide your personal details and those of the recipient: name, address, mobile number.
3)
Submit your signed form, 1 valid ID, and the cash amount to be sent to our Customer Associate in the branch.
4)
Remittances are charged by bracket, according to the amount you plan to remit. Please refer to the table above to get estimated fees for money padala.
5)
Make your payment and get your receipt. Send the tracking number on the receipt to the intended recipient.
Claiming money via Instant Peso Padala is even easier.
1)
Ask the sender to send you the LBC tracking number for the Instant Peso Padala transaction.
2)
Visit your preferred LBC Express branch and fill out an encashment form.
3)
Provide your own details, as well as the name of the sender and the amount of money padala you expect to receive.
4)
Submit your signed form and 1 valid ID to our Customer Associate in the branch.
5)

6)

For safety and security reasons, all cash padala transactions of P30,000 or more will be asked to provide additional SPR details (Source of funds, Purpose of the transaction, and Relationship to the sender). Please note that any Instant Peso Padala transactions above P75,000 will be processed on the next business day. Senders will also be required to nominate the specific branch where the money will be remitted.
