What do I need to send money using any of your cash padala services?
You need three things: the cash you want to send, a valid ID. For Instant Peso Padala, bring a mobile phone so you can send the tracking number of your transaction to the receiver.
Who can send money via LBC Express?
Anyone with a valid ID and mobile phone can send money through any of our LBC branches.
What do I need to claim a remittance?
All receivers need to show a valid form of identification to receive a remittance. This is to protect both the sender and receiver of any money remitted within the LBC network.
A mobile phone is needed for Instant Peso Padala transactions, because the sender is asked by our customer officers to send you the transaction number via SMS (or any fast messaging service like Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram).
You need to write this number down on the Encashment Form for the Instant Peso Padala transaction.
What’s the difference between your three remittance services: Instant Peso Padala, Remit to Account, and PesoPak Door to Door?
Instant Peso Padala
is LBC Express’ same day quick money remittance service. The money is transmitted very quickly and can be picked up at any LBC branch in the Philippines the same day.
Remit to Account
is LBC Express’ same day quick money remittance service. The money is transmitted very quickly and can be picked up at any LBC branch in the Philippines the same day.
PesoPak Door to Door
is our money remittance service via courier. An accredited LBC courier will visit the designated address of your recipient, verify their identity, and then hand them your remittance.
How fast is the Instant Peso Padala service?
Very fast. If you’re the receiver, just fill out an Encashment Form, provide the Tracking Number, and show a valid ID. You can get your money in minutes!
When should I use Remit to Account?
Some of our LBC Express customers don’t want their loved ones to queue at the bank to deposit the money they sent, so they ask us to deposit the money at their bank for them.
This is especially convenient if there’s no branch of that particular bank near the sender, or the remitter has no time to perform a bank deposit.
Who uses PesoPak Door to Door remittance?
Pesopak Door to Door is our courier delivery service for money remittances delivered directly to the recipient’s doorstep. We designed this service for recipients who cannot, for some reason, make it to an LBC branch near them to collect the remittance. This service is useful for senior citizens and persons with disabilities, or people who can’t leave their home or office.

Where is my Tracking Number
A Tracking Number is created for every remittance transaction and is necessary to track the money that has been remitted via our peso padala services.
The Tracking Number is found on the upper left corner of the receipt issued to the sender.
Can I send money from the Philippines to other countries?
No, unfortunately, our services don’t allow peso padala services to countries outside of the Philippines.
How do I send money?
Easily! Step 1: Visit any of our branches to fill out a Money Remittance Form. Choose between our three remittance services: Instant Peso Padala, Remit to Account, and PesoPak Door to Door.
Step 2: Submit the form, cash, and pay the remittance fee.
Step 3: Our staff will confirm the transaction and give you a receipt with the Tracking Number. The receiver will need this number to claim the money.
Please note that first-time senders will be asked to fill out an LBC Express membership form. The information will make future transactions easier.
How do I receive money?
You can receive money by taking these three steps:
Step 1: Visit any of our branches and fill out an Encashment Form. The form will ask for the Tracking Number of the transaction, located on the upper left of the receipt.
Step 2: Submit the form along with valid proof of identification.
Step 3. Our staff will confirm the transaction and remit the money to you, along with a receipt.
Can I send money to the Philippines if I'm in another country?
Yes.
Yes. We have money remittance partners all over the world and online. You can use their services to send money to be picked up at any of our branches in the Philippines.

Do remittances have a cut-off time?
Remittance services do not have cut-off times. You can send or receive money at any of our LBC branches or remittance partners within their operating hours.
How long does it take to receive a remittance?
Here are the wait times for our different remittance services:
Instant Peso Padala – Just a few minutes! The money is on its way once payment is made and you have the Tracking Number to SMS to the receiver.
Remit to Account - The money will be reflected in your account after your bank processes the transaction. This usually takes one banking day.
PesoPak Door to Door - Your money will be delivered the next day.

How long does it take before an unclaimed remittance expires?
If the money you sent is not claimed after thirty (30) days, an administrative fee of Php50.00 or two (2%) percent of the amount, whichever is higher, will be assessed and deducted every month.
How can I cancel my transaction after sending money?
You may cancel or amend your transaction if the money remains unclaimed. Visit the branch of the original transaction and bring the official receipt. Fees may be collected for the additional transaction.Visit any of our LBC Express branches to get more information from any of our customer service officers.
